Your thermovac doors are produced in Australia to strict quality and guaranteed for a period of 7 years from the date of installation. Albedor Industries Pty Ltd will replace any faulty door, whilst installed in a domestic dwelling, with a comparable product from our existing range if the fault is caused by the use of faulty raw materials and/or by faulty manufacture (fair wear and tear excluded).

Albedor Industries Pty Ltd must be notified of the fault within 7 years from the date of first installation by the owner of the dwelling in which the door is first installed.

This Guarantee does not extend in any way to workmanship, suitability, damage incurred during handling and installation or caused by any product attached to or covering any door after leaving the factory.
